返金ポリシー

Returns
In order to qualify for a return, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your item. 

Upon receiving your request, we will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Please note, To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including, but not limited to the following:

-Gift Cards
-Customized Products
-Sale Items

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you at that time if your return has been approved or rejected. 
If your return is approved, we will process your return amount (minus any applicable restocking fees) within 3 business days, back to your original payment method.

Receiving your refund

  • ALL refunds carry a minimum restocking fee of 15% from the original purchase price.
  • All returned items must be unused, new, and in saleable condition.
  • Shipping & handling fees are nonrefundable and ALL return shipping costs must be paid by the customer
  • If you are returning your product for a refund please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.  
  • Refunds will only be credited to the original purchaser and the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.)


Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is due to manufacture defect.  Please email your request, along with photos of the defective item to topnotchauto808@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your item.

Shipping
All returns must be mailed to: TOP NOTCH AUTOMOTIVE INC, 430 E. LANIKAULA STREET, HILO HI 96720.  Please notify us PRIOR to shipping your item. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We will not be held responsible for unreceived or damaged returns.
